SEALING SERVICES

Scope
Seal all of OLA Energy Misr tanker trucks in main 5 dispatching areas (Alex, Delta, Cairo, Badr & Suez). ELERO is responsible of sealing all OLA Energy Misr tanker trucks in the above areas by tight sealing of tank top manholes, unloading valves.
Service Tools
Sealer will be trained on working at height, firefighting & general awareness of petroleum products handling and spill treatment. Sealer will be equipped with safety shoes, helmet, and vest with OLA Energy Logo, Gloves, Glasses and Camera for photos.
Service Details
OLA Energy will send daily dispatching plan to ELERO`s account supervisor. ELERO`s account supervisor will communicate dispatching plan to sealers. Sealers will seal trucks according to dispatching plan and report with photos the sealed trucks to account supervisor with seals serials, seals photos, truck number, driver name and time of sealing. Account supervisor will consolidate data from sealers and send daily activity report to OLA Energy Misr. For changes such as (truck not shown for sealing, driver bad behavior regarding sealing process… etc.). The incident will be reported immediately to OLA Energy Misr through email with all details. In case of emergency absent of any of the sealers, ELERO`s responsible to send alternative sealer within 4 hours in day hours and 6 hours in night hours. Sealing service will be done in accordance terminals working hours.

Scope
Two Route observation following up random contractors Trucks Starting from Terminal to Customer & Provide a report for it (With our Own Car).

Service Details
Two Route observation following up random contractors Trucks Starting from Terminal to Customer & Provide a report for it (without your own car). ELERO will send private car with an inspector that is trained in Defensive driving to track tanker truck from terminal to customer. Detailed report with road safety observation will be sent to OLA Energy Egypt the next day of inspection. For any breach, that breach will be reported on the spot to OLA Energy Egypt & Transporter to take corrective action accordingly

Service Details
ELERO will be delegated by OLA Energy Misr to track tanker trucks of OLA Energy Misr and its contractors. Tracking means monitor trucks and ensure that they meet OLA Energy operational and safety requirements. Any violation will be reported on the spot to transporter, OLA Energy Misr through SMS & Email. Consolidated weekly report will be sent to OLA Energy Misr showing number of tracked trips, number of active trucks, number of disconnected trucks, violations details, transporters compliance percentage. Violations means any breach to OLA Energy Misr requirements that includes Speed, Trip route breach, stop of truck during delivery and long awaiting time in terminals or customers locations.
